16488HA is a compact MEMS IMU integrating a three-axis gyroscope and accelerometer, capable of measuring ±450°/s and ±20 g, with 0.3°/h gyro zero-bias instability and 0.25 mg accelerometer bias. Low random walk and high scale factor linearity guarantee precise inertial sensing. Full compensation for temperature (-45~85 °C), misalignment, and nonlinear errors ensures stable operation. SPI communication at 8–15 MHz, 1.5 W power, 250 Hz bandwidth, and 0.1 % cross-coupling make it ideal for UAVs, autonomous robotics, industrial automation, mobile mapping, and precision navigation
